Integration coaching — Colorado and online

Turn what you've been through into real change

You don't need another person to tell you what to do

You need the space to understand what you're experiencing, and to move forward with intention.

Talk-based coaching, one conversation a week. I'm not a therapist or a facilitator.

The work

Four moves, always in this order

Skip to the fourth move and you make dramatic decisions you reverse. Stop at the first and you get a beautiful notebook and the same life with minimal change.

  1. 01

    Get it down

Memory edits fast. Together, we capture the exact scene and the specific sentence before it flattens into a summary you can't act on.

Leaves you with — a written record that still reads clearly in five years

  2. 02

    Say it plainly

Together, we find ways to translate it out of retreat language into a claim you could say to your most skeptical friend without softening it.

I need to honor my boundaries.I answer work messages at 11pm and I've never once been asked to.
I'm meant to do something bigger.I'm good at my job and I feel nothing when it goes well.

Leaves you with — three to five claims, in your words, that a skeptic could hear

  3. 03

    Test one thing

Every claim becomes a hypothesis with one small, reversible experiment. Not quit the job — take one Friday off and watch what you do with it.

Leaves you with — six or more finished experiments and what they actually showed

  4. 04

    Build something that holds it

The part almost everyone skips. together, we put the change into structure — the calendar, the boundary, the conversation — because motivation alone won't survive a hard month.

Leaves you with — at least one structural change actually made, and a written plan for after

Why the fourth month keeps coming up. By month four most people haven't given up on what they saw — they've just quietly stopped bringing it up. The material's still recoverable. It's just cheaper to recover now.

Whether it's you

Probably you, if

Something happened — a retreat, a course of treatment, a hard year of therapy, a death, a diagnosis — and it moved something real. You can still describe it. You just can't convert it.

Or nothing happened at all, and that's the problem: a slow certainty you're good at a life you no longer want. Either way, you want someone to hold you to it weekly, not interpret it for you.

Not me, if

  • You're in acute crisis, actively suicidal, or in a psychiatric emergency.
  • You have a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar I and you're looking for guidance about using psychedelics.
  • You want someone to supply or dose the medicine

I'm a coach, not a clinician. If what's actually in the room is clinical, I'll help you find a licensed professional at no charge.

Programs

Four ways to do this

Same four moves in all four. What changes is how long we have and who's in the room.

The Throughline Program

$2,499

12 weeks · one-to-one · payment in full or three monthly

The main thing I do, and the one I'd point most people toward.

A 90-minute intake, then twelve weekly sessions, with voice and text support answered inside a day. A check-back call at day ninety catches month four before it quietly comes apart.

Book a call

Twelve weeks in, you have

  • A written record of the experience that will still make sense in five years.
  • Three to five claims about your life, in your own words.
  • Six or more completed experiments and what they showed.
  • At least one structural change genuinely made.
  • A written plan for the six months after we stop.

Prep + Integration Program

$1,500

8 weeks · two sessions before, six after

For when it's already on the calendar.

Two sessions before: turning "I want healing" into the actual question you're carrying, and writing your re-entry agreement while you're clear-headed enough to mean it. Then we meet within 72 hours of your return, and five more times over the month.

Where my job stops

I don't source, supply, dose, or supervise a substance. I don't attend or sit journeys, or vet facilitators. I work with you on either side of that door — not on it.

The Return Program

$700/client

6 weeks · group of 6 to 8 · runs twice a year

Usually the hard part isn't the insight. It's that nobody at home can hear it.

So: a small closed group of people who came back from an experience. Ninety minutes a week for six weeks, same four moves, worked out loud — with the one thing one-to-one coaching can't give you.

Applications reviewed individually. Not everyone's a fit for a group.

Apply

How it runs

  • Closed group — the same people, week one through week six.
  • Ninety minutes, same slot weekly.
  • Confidential within the group, with limits I walk you through before you join.
  • Six to eight people. Never more.

A single session

$175

75 minutes

For one specific stuck point, or a tune-up if we've worked together before. If you start a program within thirty days, the whole $175 comes off it.

On the prices being right there

Hiding them is a sales technique. If money's the only thing in the way, say so on the call — I hold two reduced-rate places for people the cost would genuinely stop. Place not always guaranteed.

Who I am

I'm Rafi.

I run REAMS Integration Coaching out of Colorado, and I work with people in the part that comes before and after their experience.

Training

I'm a certified integration coach who specializes in trauma-informed care and has knowledge in parts work. I'm also in the final semester of a master's degree in mental health counseling program.

What I am and am not

I'm a coach. Not a therapist, physician, or licensed facilitator. I don't diagnose, treat, or dose substances.

Coaching is private but not privileged the way clinical care is. I'll give you the exact limits in writing before you commit to anything.

06 — Book a call

Thirty minutes, free, genuinely no pitch

Tell me what happened and what isn't moving. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person — and if I'm not, who is.

How the half hour goes

  1. 01

    You talk

What happened, roughly when, what specifically won't move.

  2. 02

I tell you what I see

Where you are in the window, and one thing to do this week either way.

  3. 03

    Fit, honestly

Which program suits, or that none of them do.

Read this before you book

Three situations where I'm the wrong call, and I'd rather you know now than find out twenty minutes in.

  • Acute crisis, active suicidality, or a psychiatric emergency.
  • Personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar I.

If that's you, please go to a licensed professional instead. Write to me anyway and I'll help you find the right person, free.

Need help right now: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — veterans press 1). Colorado Crisis Services: 1-844-493-8255, or text TALK to 38255. Emergency: 911.

Pick a time

Before we start

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching isn't psychotherapy or medical care. I don't diagnose or treat anything. It can run alongside treatment, never instead of it.

Do you help me take something substance related?

No. I don't supply or dose substance. I work with you before you go and after you're back.

Do I need to have had a psychedelic experience?

No. Most clients come in somewhere in the aftermath of something — a retreat, a diagnosis, a slow certainty they're succeeding at a life they don't want. The four moves don't change.

What if something clinical surfaces halfway through?

I'll name it, we stop, and I make the introduction to a licensed clinician myself. Coaching can resume alongside care later if that makes sense.

What if the price is the problem?

Say so on the call. I hold two reduced-rate places at any time for people the cost would genuinely stop.
